    Memory Error?

Ok I have been having problems playing warcraft III for a while, thought maybe you guys would have an idea whats wrong. After I'm playing for a while, it will sometimes just come up with an error and shut down. Here is what it says

    Fatal Error
    program c:\program files\warcraft iii\war3.exe

    exception: 0xc0000005(access_violation) at 001B:6F42CB76
instruction 0X6F42CB76 referenced at 0X00000000 memory could not be 'read'

Give memtest a run on your system (www.memtest86.com) and see if you get any errors.
If you get non, check to see if you have any antivirus programs running that may stop access to the memory. I know WC3 uses some funny copy protection - your not using a copy or mounting it on a virtual drive are you ?
Just a few things to check

need to go into your bios and set the first boot device to floppy, rather than the IDE or CDROM
