bloomin eck, nice one m8 !
that is a very nice price! Im tempted, never heard of the place tho..
they seem to have actually shops, or at least a shop which is my criteria for straying to an unknown company if I must.
I'd give them a quick call to make sure the phone lines connected though ;)
well me m8's in glasgow, and there store/ head office are located in edinburg. dare say he will phone it through on his CC so he is covered on that point.
always a risk buying from someone with no experience of them at all though.
If you're after that larger cache then fine,. but a 4200 will easily hit 4800 speeds so you can get from someone you know.
I had a 3800 and it ran at 2x2.4 easily (4800). Was identical in gaming and 3d mark to the 4800 i borrowed to test.
im about 400 miles away, and the guy is not techniclaly minded and has always gone for pre built.
he just asked what a PSU was, he thought it was the power supply but wanted to make sure :)
so its going to run at default speeds, hence looking for something close o the fx53 he has in now.
Hmmmm. For £60 I am sorely tempted to swap one of those in place of my single-core 4000+ as a temporary measure....:juggle:
just had a clan member post on my forum that he has indeed been to buy from the shop, then he started to moan about there high prices compared to the web price :)

And I would vouch for the place.:) but not 4800
yeh but they cost a lot more than the 1st link.
and no i wont be buying one as i already run a 4400, but me mates getting it tonight/tomorrow
Yeah, they ain't the cheapest by any stretch but they are OK regarding RMA's and stuff and what with 939's being a bit thin on the ground and all it's always worth finding out where some can still be got from.
i know there getting like rocking horse dodo, specially the 1mb cache range
