Analogue & Digital TV Tuner ?

I can't don't have Sky and cannot receive digital TV through my normal aerial, so I need a TV tuner which supports both Analogue & Digital (so I won't need a new tuner when digital is switched on in my area). I was looking at the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR1300, but am after suggestions on the best card for around £50. I am running XP Pro SP2 and have read that most bundled software is not very good, so am thinking of using GB-PVR (http://www.gbpvr.com/)

I would like to be able to watch one channel, while recording another, although that's not a necessity. I would also like to be able to record to both MPEG-2, MPEG-4 (ie. DivX/XviD) and H-264 (if poss).

I would also like the following features:

- Scheduling functions
- Teletext

To be able to record one channel and watch another, you will need two cards or a twin tuner card.

Encoding with particular codecs is usually down to the media center software you choose to use. Although with digital TV it is already compressed into MPEG-2 so the software just stores that onto disk exactly as it was broadcast. Transcoding to MPEG-4 is usualy possble with most software.

Teletext you might struggle with, not many apps support it as most users have digital cards.

As for dual analogue/digital cards, i have no experience with any, but Hauppauge make good cards and are well supported but other software, so you can't go too wrong with them.
