    pretty sure the difference is you get LED's on of the first set..nothing performance related

    The ninja comes with some stuff but i've never used it. Grab some Arctic Silver 5 it's very good stuff

    i have the same budget soo what have you come up with ?
    i havbe the antec 900 in mind for my case wats the noise level like on that. also a diff mobo Abit IP-35E
