X-Fi Extreme soundcard and headphones

If everything arrives as planned on Saturday morning then I'll be doing my first build this weekend. I've always used 2.1 speakers for gaming, but I want to give headphones a go. What I want to avoid is crawling under my desk to plug in headphones for gaming, then having to pull them out to play music. So is there any way to connect the soundcard to the audio out socket on the front of the case? I've been looking for cables that might do this but can't find any. The soundcard is an X-Fi Extreme OEM card.

I've got an Xtreme Gamer and that has a headphone/front audio connector on the front of the card (inside the case.) If it's the same model you should be able to connect directly to that providing your case's connector is an HD/Azalia one - I've only got experience with the Xtreme Gamer and the Platinum Pro X-Fi cards.
