    hd 5770 cf

would a gigabyte odin pro 550w psu be enough to power 2 hd 5770 in cf + i7 920, one hard drive and dvd drive?

the psu has 4 12v rails and is a quality psu

also in this review the i7 965@3.7ghz and hd 5770 cf consume 425w under full load

    What a dumb question,

    You have answered it yourself

Depending on how old your PSU is and capacitor ageing, it is obviously enough to power your setup

    Re: hd 5770 cf

You should be ok if its a quality PSU. I have a corsair HX620 which runs the setup in my sig without problems.

I suppose the only way of being certain is to try it.
