    Overclocking with EasyTune 5 + DS3R

Is it really as straightforward as it looks? Was just browsing thorugh the options earlier and it looks so simple, but I don't want to kill my PC straight off the bat.

I'll look at the detailed guides a bit later, what are the most important things to remember so I can have a go at some small tweaking?

I've downloaded the monitoring software in Clunk's guide, and am about to download the latest drivers from Gigabyte's website..

I did have link to a visual guide specifically for overclocking an E4400 on a DS3R board but it doesn't seem to work

    Re: Overclocking with EasyTune 5 + DS3R

Forget overclocking with software toys.... not usually really reliable. Overclock in the BIOS. Start small and easy... just as in Clunks guide.

You are not going to 'kill' your PC with small gentle changes.... simply try upping the frequency first (FSB) and leaving volts (except maybe RAM if necessary) on Auto.
Try to make each and every day the best it can be.
