    Memory Speed and Noisy Raptor

Hi Guys, first of all, does anyone have any ideas why I cant change my memory speed to 1066mhz in the bios, its fixed at 800, even if I change it to manual it still wont let me change this (I have an asus p5n32 sli deluxe and 2gb corsair xms2 8500+)

secondly, I have 2 150gb 10,000rpm raptor drives, I had them configured in a raid setup but I found them to be really noisey so I now run them as seperate drives. My second drive is perfect but the drive which my OS is on seems to constantly rumble, its the worst when I have been doing something quite demanding ie processing a heap of raw images in lightroom, or after extracting large rar's. Im using windows vista, I thought it might be the indexing so I disabled it but it still rumbles like crazy, could this be related to the page file?

lastly, does anyone know of a decent guide for overclocking a core 2 duo x6800 extreme

    Thanks for your help

    Nick

You'll want something like this for the hard drive, you just need a 5.25" bay to put it in

Clunks overclocking guide in the stickies is very good.
