Can I buy a chieftec hdd tray?

Right, so I really need one more tray to add a couple more hardisks, what I want to know is if I can buy that from anywhere?

Not sure about the tray, but you can get a 5 1/4" (CD/DVD size) coolerdrive bays for a single HDD, depending on if you have any spare - might be an idea neway to keep things a bit cooler - lots of HDD's all together in a block like that might get a bit too toasty!

It is, and it's why I have to run the fan at 12v making the computer pretty loud, not that I care, but I'd rathen not hear anything. I remeber seeing some chieftec mods in several shops but I don't remeber seeing any trays

Ello Pyro. Ive got basically the same case as you and have shoved a papst silent fan in that position. I also spaced out the drives to increase airflow. last thing I did was put a filter over the fan otherwise it forces any dust into the drive. The drives then end up being cool to the touch rather the toasty. If you dont have any luck try an email to chieftec.
