Best online companies for RMAs in the UK??

I about to buy a new power supply for my PC and I was wondering which of the online computer component resellers in the UK have the best returns policy for faulty items!! I usually use Scan,Ebuyer or Dabs for buying new bits.

I am just asking since you can never be too careful with a power supply!!

I can't comment on the stores themselves since it has been a long time since I RMA-ed anything to them (Scan, ~5 years ago, not pretty). What I've found out is that online retailers tend to redirect you to the manufacturers if the device fails after a few weeks (or maybe a month). Given that, I'll comment on the RMA service of Enermax, which I've had to return once. Simply put, the service I received was flawless, I was sent back a brand new unit sealed in the original retail box.

OCZ have a very nice returns procedure as well if the shop you get it from wont help....

Rexo for Samsung are brilliant, sent back 2 80gb IDE drives and got 2 200gb IDE drives back. I even soldered one of the drives (pin) to get it working to get my data off before I sent it back aswell!

Enermax are the best that I've used by a long way. You will be dealing with the retailer for the first 12 months for most things, but I have to say that Enermax have been fantastic, and even cross shipped me a PSU a couple of times, and also upgraded me to a newer spec PSU

Ive sent things back to Scan and Dabs and both were good experence, cant say ive tried the others - Bolton based companies ftw

Kustom are superb, can't rate them highly enough. Crucial are as well.

EBUYER! Found a fault in my system, 1 week old pc wouldnt boot. Didnt know what the problem was, shortlisted PSU RAM and MOBO collected by Ebuyer courier (city link) on a Tuesday, all items replaced and received on the Friday 3 days later, collection and return FREE. That was within their 28 day warranty. When it comes to manufacturer warranty im sure they're the same.

I've only had to RMA a couple of things, an old Antec PSU, went very smoothly, only con back then I had to ship to Antec Netherlands which cost a packet.
RMAed DOA RAM module from Microdirect, went super smooth too.

Few weeks ago had to rma my 8800gts.
Scan got it on the Friday and I had a new one delivered the following Wednesday.

The RMA services I've had from Scan and Dabs have both been excellent, offering refunds on products that became faulty after a few months (or in one case, never really worked at all, but I took almost 8 months fiddling with the card in different PCs trying to get it working).
