I have 2 320gb drives (storage drives) which are getting full...
I can either put these into caddies and get two 750 drives or 500 drives
OR
Just burn it to dual layer disks?
Obviously the disk option is cheaper...but it'd be a pain

You could put it onto caddies, or burn to DVD. Both options seem like a drag though. Or, get a single external drive (750gb or 1tb) and copy off and leave the two 320s in situ.
I'd put them into caddies although I am currently looking at tape drives - horribly expensive though - at least in the short term.
Have you weeded the files to see what you really really need to keep? (no, I don't either - if in doubt - keep it!)
That anmount of data still equates to loads of DVDs - assuming you can get 10GBytes per DVD, thats 64 with the associated storage space so caddies -win on cost/space/convenience - especially if you refer to the files often, rather than keep them as an archive.
(I assumed yiou meant USB caddies m- one other option is removeble caddies - a holder in the machine and the drives mounted in a tray - although getting the trays on there own can be tricky. Scan do something, but it adds to the cost - the chaepest USB caddy they do (for IDE drives) is the Sum Vision - not bad at just over a tenner - a built in tray and carrier is more expensive.)

My broadband speed - 750 Meganibbles/minute
I think I'll go down the HD route. The problem I have is I had to remove one of my drive bays to fit my enermax galaxy in..so I only have room for three drives in my case (cd bays are taken by scythe kama).
Any more opinions?
How about a NAS box?
Nah
I have a 250gb one and it's just for me (keep cost low)
i'd put it on another hdd, discs are just a pain tbh. too much hassle
I've bought 2 of these, and 1 for work too. Means you're not limited to the hard drives in your system, and as SATA is hotswappable, you can just chop and change drives as you feel like it.
