Whats the pc for? I see you already have a gaming pc.
I would get a better case than that if it were me.. the arctic solutions aren't very good rom memory. The antec case + psu solutions are quite good. Personally I'd go seperate though.
Corsair VX 450 and a case to suit your budget but thats up to you.
Just a thought but a SATA dvd writer might be better..just for cabling and start up times etc..
I use samsung and never had a problem.
If you aren't playing games then maybe an oboard graphics solution would be ok? The 2400's are quite good for media though so not a bad way to go. The geforce 8500GT is quite good also.
Motherboard wise you could get a cheap P35 chipset board. Abit IP-35E maybe

If this is some sort of media machine then it wouldn't be a bad thing to go AMD.
You can get great motherboards with good onbaord grpahics HDMI or DVI +VGA etc.. for less that half of what an intel board + half decent media graphics card will cost.
