It is a suicide shot, the Highest stable so far is below. The volts are high, but the temps are surprisingly good, theres more yet I reckon :D

3DS Max has been leveraging multiple CPU cores before dual-core was even a wink in an Intel engineers eye. So yes, a Q6600 will make a dramatical difference in rendering times.
