    Game controllers for the PC

Hey i was wondering if anyone had suggestions for game controllers (personally love the ps2/3 controller) for the PC. Would mainly be using it for pro evo etc, any ideas?

If you love the ps2 controllers why not just use a ps2 controller with a ps2 to pc converter

That's the best solution really if you like the PS2 controller. Personally, I am still hanging on to my Sidewinder for everything that does not require analogue input.

Re: Game controllers for the PC

another vote here for the 360 pad. I use the wireless version and its uber comfortable, has plenty of buttons for mapping and the analogue triggers are great for driving games. And with quite a few 360 ports/conversions coming our way, at least you know that there will be built in support for a 'working' control method (If you dont want to use keyb/mouse), rather than setting one up yourself.

Get a wireless one plus a receiver for the same price as just a pad. I bought 2 and so have a receiver upstairs on main rig and also downstairs on the media pc. Just move the pad between wherever to use it. Cant really say a bad thing about them.

I use the wireless 360 pad, its great with racing games. As others have said games are coming out with built in support for it so there is no need to faff about setting it up, if your happy with the default setup that is
