I'd say P35-DS4, I love mine :)
Gigabyte P35-DS3R works for me.
:)
Probably the Blitz extreme if you can find one...personally, I would wait and see how the retail x38 boards do.
It is indeed, I meant the Blitz formula :)
Dunno, I have one on order, but scan's allotment of them seems to have gone AWOL :(
If I were to wait until the X38 boards finally arrive then I will probably get a P5E or QuadGT as I can not afford the crazy DDR3 prices. I also do not plan to use a dual GPU set-up ever.
So will X38 offer an advantage over the Asus P5K Premium?
I do plan to upgrade to a Nvidia G92 nxt year - will these cards need PCI-e 2.0??
Is the Blitz Formula (and by extension the Maximus) OK for air-cooling? I know it's good for water, but aren't those blingy copper HS a bit close to the CPU socket for one of the big air HSFs?
Seems fine for coolers but the Formula seems to have a few bugs which are really starting to irk me.
I think this will be my last Asus board ever, 3 in a row now all with different (yet similar) bugs =/
Also interested to know what the bugs are :)
