help me to choose right motherboard and video card please

ok guys i wanna buy p35 based MB but choise is soooo big,but i narrowed it to 2 boards:
Asus P5K-E/WIFI-AP or
Abit IP-35 PRO
price are simillar Abit is few euros cheaper. so any one knowns main difference betwen this 2 MB's?
what are pros and cons on them?

about video card its pretty much same story,i wanna buy 2600XT video card and there are plenty of them, i narrowed choice on :
Sapphire Radeon HD 2600XT 256MB DDR4 or
PowerColor HD 2600 XT 256MB GDDR4

same story price is same,but is either better than other one?

Both good boards but you could also check out the standard IP35 & indeed the Gigabyte P35-DS3P.

dont like giga thou and IP35 is just few euros cheaper and it have worster cooling and capatitors..

IP35 should be 2/3 price of the IP35 Pro.
