Intel® Desktop Board DQ35JO

hello,
im gonna order my new pc from viglen and atm they have one motherboard which supports 1333fsb which is the Intel® Desktop Board DQ35JO

ive got a very simple question
1. will i be able to install a creative sound card in to that motherboard?
it has a pci card slot so im guessing i can i just want a quick confirm.
it has two pci express x1 slot which i can use one of them for a wireless card which still leaves the pci card for a sound card.
