Few bits of advice

Im have gotten a bit out of touch over the last few months and there is a few things i thought i would check b4 placing a scan &/or Ebuyer order. (i can also go to microdirect as its not too far)

1. Im going to put my current PSU in my p4 media box & the one on my current system will need replacing. Now to give me plenty of headroom i was thinking go for 620-650w. Quiet is essential so i would like it to only have a single 120mm fan. I would also like it to have the 8-pin PCI-E adaptor incase i decide to change to an ATI when the next upgrade comes around (probs after christmas) I will more than likely be overclocking the computer its used on.

2. Now that all the drivers have settled, whats are the best low end (£50-70) graphics cards to go for? as when my flatmate upgrades the media centre will move to vista + i wud like it to have DX10. Or is this just a waste of time all together

3. A friend of mine has got a E6320 with 2gb ram 1 sata HDD 1 dvd-rw and a 6200tc. I got him a 19" monitor and the 6200 struggles with things in vista. Need suggestions for a cheap solution to the problem(inc PSU). Not a gamer. I was thinking 7300 or even 8500 maybe.

Usually that would be my no brainer option but i would really like to have the 8pin pci-e and i dont think it has it

Well the 650w one on scan doesnt have it either. Does anyone know if it is possible to buy the connector for the HX for the 8PIN cuz if i can get that then its sold

Looks good but i cudnt find any reviews. Anyone with any experience using these? How would ithold up in compirson to the Corsair, For that much cheaper its very tempting.

Edit: found some reviews... not very detailed. Some input wud b helpful as a lack of reviews isnt a good sign

The newer batches of Corsair 620w come with an 8pin cable, if yours doesn't post on the Corsair forums and they'll send you one for cost of shipping from the US.
