I have a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 v.1.0 BIOS v12, E6300, and some Corsair Value Select 5300 RAM. I can happily overclock it to anything up to 3GHz and have it stable in Orthos. However, when I put it into S3 standby and resume from suspend the fans come on at full blast but I don't get a picture on the screen. I have to restart the computer at which point it may or may not reset the overclock. It's most likely the cheapo memory but is there any way to get around this without buying new memory? I like to keep the PC in suspend when I'm only away for an hour or so.
