Biostar 250n Nvidia 8600GT Query

Hi Guys
A friend has one of these SFF cases and is considering upgraging his Graphics card to a Generic 8600 GT.

Currently he is running - Athlon 4600 Dual Core, 2GB DDR2, 250 GIG SATA HD, Nividia 7300 GS and USB PCI Card.

Does anyone see any issues with replacing the 7300GS with the 8600 GT?
He is a little worried that the Biostars PSU might not have enough Juice to support this setup.

what wattage is the psu and what's the +12V rail like?

the maunal for my XFX 8600gt states a 300w psu if that helps
