Looks reasonable, you'd probably pay just over £600 for the parts, with their charge for building the system included, £699 isn't bad at all.

Performance is very good for that price, you chose a great time to buy, the 8800GT is getting great reviews at the moment. If your monitor is 22" or less, you should expect to play on maximum details for most games, except Crysis which is probably the most demanding game out at the moment! even then you should be able to play it at high level with a few tweaks.

Alot of the times a pre built system is acutally cheaper than you buying the parts yourself and building it yourself.

As for your hardware it looks just about the right price although I'm only looking at the 8800 GT graphics card (thats already around $400+ (? correct me if I'm wrong :< )

    Isn't the M2N an AMD AM2 board?

Re: Gamer PC TecDirekt Hardware opinion

For a second there i thought i was the only one to realize that the motherboard is AM2 socket only Looks like your TecDirekt don't know much about components If they don't ask for a deposit up front, ask them to build it and sit back and relax
