    asus p5k help

    Hi,
    I am halfway through my pc build, and i have just noticed that asus's Q connector pins are too wide for the power led cable. I have the hdd led, powr and reset button connected but not the power led

    The power LED is suppose to be wired +n- (positive pin, null pin, negative pin), don't ask why, just is. Chances are, whoever designed/assembled your case screwed up. You'll have to pull the header pins out of the plastic coat and insert them manually, if you care to you could probably find a proper 3pin coat somewhere (maybe maplins or KustomPCs). You can remove pin's from the coat using a tiny thumbnail screwdriver, press against the metal back (gently) where the pin is and pull the wire at the same time
