Intel Core 2 Quad-Core Q6600 - OEM or retail?
There's only around a tenner difference in cost between the OEM and Retail versions of the Intel Core 2 Quad-Core Q6600 CPU. Hence, is it better to get the Retail version or OEM version? I assume that overclocking wouldn't really be possible with the Retail version unless I bought a new HSF. Also, if I got the OEM version then which is the best HSF for it at a reasonable cost that would cool the Q6600 sufficiently if it was mildly overclocked?

Retail comes with 2 more years warranty and a heatsink (whether you use it or not is another thing). Worth it for only £10 imho.
AC7 is a decent budget cooler (still about 15-20 quid on top though).

That's good to know. The extra warranty is definitely worth a tenner!
