Re: What cpu for gaming E6750, E6850 or Q6600

The Q6600 seems to be the cpu of choice at the moment, i mean who doesn't wan't 4 cores? If you want to save £50 then get the E6750, perfectlly capable of running all and any games, gpu performace is by far the biggest limiting factor at the moment.

Q6600 + a trivial to perform overclock of 25% to 3GHz. Then you'll have the equivalent of the fastest intel chip on the market. Not bad for ~£160!

UT3 runs perfect on my humble E6320, it isn't as resource hungry as I expected. Bioshock and World in Conflict seem to strain it more though. So a Q6600 would sort that out.
