Has anyone tried the full version of this registry cleaner software? What is it like? Does it cause any problems with its 'exaggerated' scanning (or is this due to it actually clawing deeper into the system?)?

BTW, if I do purchase it, will my account be charged any 'tax' or similar due to buying from abroad?
