Not the option with the crappy PSU. I've seen SO many problems with computers that result due to crappy PSU's. Mine is crappy and fall's over with too many compnents inside, and I haven't even got a decent CPU or GPU to power!
How about the Antec Sonata? Looks stunning, comes with a very good PSU, is very quiet and is only about £80, leaving you plenty for something else.
I agree (as is increasingly the case ) with BigAl.....
Id rather have a crappy case and a beast of a PSU

i might be getting this antec plusview with 450W psu
is there a better case for £65
Lian Li PC-60 £79.31
Enermax EG465AX-VE £68.74
Total : £148.05
Bit over budget but that would be my choice.
RenaultSport Clio 172
another vote for the Sonata, absolutely amazing case. Built 2 systems around it now, just stunning. Though be sure to get a second 120 mm case fan
sorry, i changed my mind, antec is too popular and lian-Li looks boring
any more recommendations...
Sonata is very high quality and excellent airflow, providing you add an additional 120mm fan - so you are still looking at sub £100 for PSU (430W-quiet), case and additional fan.Originally Posted by Big_Al
Get the coolermaster and the crappy PSU. In my limited and humble experience, problems with power supplies are few and far between and the CM is a great case. You could alway upgrade the power supply in a few months...
skimping on PSU's almost always leads to:Originally Posted by TeePee

i want/need a silver, its in black
what about coolermaster centurion (silver) £50?
Serlex,
check your PM's

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure it can and does happen, but not so much as to pass up the opportunity of a CM
Yes, it's happened to me. I currently have a crappy PSU (I can't afford shiny new flashy stuff like everyone else on here) and my PC is crappy too, but even with the lack of processing power and GPU power it still randomly crashes... I've narrowed it down to the PSU being at fault too, which I will confirm once I replace it!Originally Posted by TeePee
yes ... that's why I'm saying it - I wouldn't just be guessingOriginally Posted by TeePee
2 x b0rk3d HDD's
system instability - reboots when overclocking
system instability - system locking up for no good reason
overclocking performance - didn't like upping vcore much
system instability - big fluctuations on the 12v rail, especially when playing games = more crashes
None of these have ever happened since I started using decent PSU's (enermax and antec).
