I prefer the Black Ice Mat. It has no flashing lights or anything, but it by far the best gaming mat.
I see it as the Steve of mouse mats. Nothing flashy, but gets the job done. :)
They look nice ... happy with my SpeedPad though, don't have to worry about all this tracking buisness, ball mice - the way to go :P
I prefer the one from Maplin tbh. The vantec one looks mingin when the LEDs ain turned on. However them new vantec cases looks lovely. Sort of similar to Mac cases :D
I agree on the Vantec Case front, I will be getting one as soon as they tell us a bit more about it cos it looks luuurvvvely

i use a speedpad, which came with my bs2k1. it is resonably good, worth what it would cost seperatly anyway, being only £5. its beter than a ratpadzgs.
do people with optical mice use pads at all?
