Depends on your definition of cool! (does cool=tacky in the US? Still - each to his own!)
However... I guess with an airbrush, patience and courage, you could do it yourself.
A quick google search found this Custom Coatings but I haven't looked at it in any depth so I don't know how suitable they would be, or even if they would/could do a one off.

lol, well the US does have a lot of tacky things, but i like the result of that link i posted a lot
i might actually try to do it myself... lol, from what i can tell all it needs is to sand the required parts, apply a couple of layers of automotive paint, apply a vinyl image (found a place that prints vinyl images, they do a minimum 1000mm x 500mm so id just get a couple of different ones in case it turns out well for other projects, lol) apply a couple of layers of clear coat, and wax...
