Need help with picking a PSU

So I'm planning on upgrading my pc, I picked some stuff out but I hate no idea how much Wattage my PSU should be, anyone got an idea?

Asus P5N32-E SLI
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750
Corsair TWIN2X 5400 DDR2, 2048MB x2
EVGA GeForce 8800GT 512MB
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 500GB

450W+ if your not going SLI
520-620W+ for SLI if you choose to get another 8800GT soon.

If you plan to overclock i'd go for the Corsair HX520W.

If you don't plan to overclock the Corsair VX450W would be fine.
