The Scythe Ninja is a nice piece of kit, although as far as air coolers go my preference is with the ThermalRight Ultra-120 Extreme, which scan do not sell unfortunately.

Out of those 3 the ninja. It comes with a fan you know
S-FLEX 1200 which is all it will need.
Had a look mate, and as far as I can see Scan don't offer the Ninja with a fan. I would quite like to order everything from the same supplier to keep things simple, but I don't really want to have to shell out £40+ for a cooler and fan if I would manage with something I could get for £30.
Will stick the Ninja down for now, and will have a quick look around before I order it tomorrow.
Might have to buy the cooler from another supplier if I can't find something I like.
It all comes down to whether or not you are planning on overclocking and then, to what degree you intend to overclock a Q6600 G0. If you aren't interested, or just fancy doing a small moderate overclock then the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro will probably do you. Start pushing it in the 3.4 range and you'll be wanting something like the Thermalright Ultima-90 with S-FLEX 1200 / Noctua. Above that, you'll probably be wanting the Thermalright Extreme with the S-FLEX 1600.
Depends what your plans are.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, take my advice: Pull down your pants and slide on the ice"
Thats from Scan see at the end where it says and i'll rewrite for emphasisScythe Ninja Plus Rev B Fanless HeatPipe Cooler S775/S478/S754/S939/940 c/w 120mm Quiet Fan
c/w 120mm Quiet Fan
unless I'm very much mistaken that c/w means "comes with" or maybe "complete with"
But if you want to make sure go to the Scan forum and I'm sure one of their people will let you know for sure.
Revision B means it comes with a fan. Full stop.
Ah, a bit confused by the speck on there then. As far as I can see the tech specs has no detail for the Fan details on the Ninja, but then reading it through it does say C/W 120 silent fan so you are probs right Webby lols. Will check with one of the Scan boys as I place my order just in case.
Guess thats my choice then. Cheers for all the advice everyone, and hopefully it all goes smoothly!
Edit: Yup and Thorsonns post confirms, I am an Idiot.
