Worth overclocking my current PC, and if so - how?

Well, I was just wondering if it would be worth overclocking my current PC? (And if so, how I'd go about it)

    Specs are:
    Mobo: ASRock 939A8X-M
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice (Stepping 2, Revision DH-E6)
RAM: PC3200 1.5GB (I forget what make the 512MB is, but I'm positive the 1GB is Kingston ValueRAM)
    Graphics: GeForce FX5200 128MB

Cooling: As far as I am aware, it's pretty much all stock, but I did recently add 2 case fans (Antec TriCool 80mm Case Fans), so now it has 3 case fans in total (not sure of the make of the other one though)

I'm thinking that I'd want to overclock the processor and graphics card as much as possible, but without having to add any more cooling.

    Thanks for any advice

You may get some joy with the CPU but the graphics card is pretty much as it is.

THey were decent enough for DVD's and things but the FX series, particularly the 5200's were a massive flop for nVidia.

If you can, jump on Ebay and pick up a 6800GT (£25ish) and you will see a significant leap in performance from what you have now.

Yeah that 6800gt idea would be good.
