    ASUS P5E Hard Drive Problem

I just built a new PC with an ASUS P5E motherboard. I have 2 160GB hard drives and 4 750GB hard drives in it. The PC will not detect any of the 750GB hard drives, it fails to boot when any of them are connected. I have tried updating the BIOS, which hasn't made any difference. Any ideas what I can do?

    Thanks

Are the jumpers on the drives in the correct position?

They're SATA, they don't have any jumpers.

Some additional info: the hard drives cause my other PC not to boot when connected also. These hard drives were formerly connected to a Highpoint RocketRAID 2310 card.

Re: ASUS P5E Hard Drive Problem

I tried two of these hard drives in my other computer, and they cause it not to be able to boot as well. So I guess the drives are faulty, will send them back.
