Yes, many of us share your experience. Problem is, product wise everything as expensive as they can get away with as with all high-street stores, they're never gonna get a big range given the floor space available, and with everything being open to the public's abuse plenty of stuff can go wrong. And staff wise, well... the fact they're all employed as salesmen/women and nothing else should tell you all you need to know there.
But my biggest problem with them? They won't give me a damn job! I mean, how can I have *less* expereince than most of their tech guys? Do I see any of them with 6 years Comp Sci education? 10 years PC useage experience? 5 years PC building experience? Years of networking exprerience? I mean, just cos I have 0 sales experience, does it make me a bad tech guy? Hmm well... maybe it does...
