    Re: Bluetooth for PC

you exactly need a bluetooth dongle...i didnt get your question.....umm..u need a usb port for that...which is on ur motherboard....go to your hardware shop, ask for a bluetooth dongle....plug it in ur usb...then you can activate blue tooth on your phone...and transfer files...if your phone has a data cable feature, that would be much better...connect the wire at one end on ur PC, usb port, on the other end in your phone....its much faster than bluetooth or infra-red....

probably something like this: Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

though check what bluetooth version your phone uses... and you can probably pick ones up real cheap on ebay.

    Re: Bluetooth for PC

there are different types so it will depend on your phone ( v1,v2 and v3 but im no expert )
i had a v1 that worked with my nokia 6630 but when i got a 6280 it would not work.

my advice would be try and pair with your phone try searching ebay with the phone number and bluetooth

Bluetooth USB Dongle for NOKIA 6111 6630 E61 E50 N95 UK on eBay, also, For Nokia, Bluetooth Accessories, Mobile Home Phones (end time 15-Dec-07 10:08:40 GMT)
BLUETOOTH Dongle For Nokia 6310i 6288 6280 6234 6233 on eBay, also, For Nokia, Bluetooth Accessories, Mobile Home Phones (end time 15-Dec-07 18:32:54 GMT)
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

    Re: Bluetooth for PC

    Here's what I got

$5 and free shipping, and it's good for 100m range (not that the phone will be). It comes with a little 8cm driver disk which should get you going in no time.
