please i need your advices, my CPU 3,22 temprature is 60c , is that normal? what do you think is the problem? my comp reboot when i click or do much much works at the same time; is that because of the high temprature or because of the memroy card (RAM) need to be changed ,

60c is high, but it depends on the cpu as well. Most chips should be stable at that temperature, but if that's the idle temp, the load temp could be a fair bit higher.

I'd first make sure the heatsink is fitted properly, and that the fan actually spins when the power's on.

yes the fan is working on the power on, according to speedfan it works like 2600 RPM the temperature of my CPU is from 55C till 70C , i do not understand what is the heatsink?

    Jesus man, be patient.

It's new year, and it's the middle of the night...

The heatsink's the chunk of metal between the fan and the cpu, attached to the motherboard with clips or bolts most likely.

    frankly we need the truth.

Need much more information on your system before any help can be offered.

CPU, cooler , mobo, case, fans, other components. specs.

It is unlikely that those temps cause the reboot. It is likely to be a bad overclock.

tbh, is a guy who doesn't know what a heatsink is going to be overclocking? I hope not.

    To prevent your pc from restarting in event of a failure (you would do this to see and note any error pop ups);

Right click 'My Computer' select Prperties, then Advanced,
-at the bottom select 'settings' from the 'Startup and Recovery' box.
-Untick 'Automatically restart' from the System failure box.
-Now click OK, then OK again (you will now probably have to restart for these new settings to take effect.

The P4s do run extremely hot but those temps are still too high.

Is there noone living close to you that knows more about computers because i think it would be extremely difficult for us to guide you through what you need to do when your english isnt particualy strong.

well my recommendation would be to remove the heatsink and fan from the cpu, make sure there is no dust blockng the cool air from flowing through the heatsink, clean the connecting surfces of the CPU and the heatsink then reapply some NEW thermal paste before reseating the heatsink on the CPU.

I would then look into maybe fitting some extra fans into your case to give a bit of airflow.

If its a Pentium 4 that's about right for the stock cooler sadly. I've seen the stock coolers run them at up to 75^C before. They are toasty chips!
Having said that, if you are confident doing it, Biscuit's advice is wise
