Server prematurely got powered off, when rebooted error message appeared that read "NTLDR is missing...ctrl-alt-del". How do I fix? I do not having bootable disks.

you can restore it from the recovery console I believe.
Try this approach, has always worked for me Simple "ntldr is missing" fix with boot floppy, CD-R, or USB flash
