    Re: Dell XPS M1330

should work yeah.. assuming the power requirements are around the same as or lower than the 7200rpm drives they use (which I'm sure they are) there should be no problem

Not heard of this, I don't think it would hurt to try anyway.

The size may cause an issue, but if it fits in the little caddy then I guess it will work.

You could format the drive by sticking it in and using the windows disk to format it. Since it's sata you can wack it into a desktop pc if you have one around with sata ports and do it that way.

well it would hurt me (about 150quids worth of hurt) because i'd have to buy it 1st. i dont have a desktop sata. are the 2.5inch sata interfaces the same size as 3.5inch sata interface? thanku

    Re: Dell XPS M1330

I see I thought you might have the drive already.. you can always send it back I suppose, it's not the best way to do it but then if you can't find your answers on the net you will need to answer them yourself.. and then let the world know

Yeah the sata interface and power connectors are the same for both drives which makes things easy in that respect.

I'd understand if there was a minimum post count for scan now but there isn't

no offense of course soul-edge, but there was little need for that..

Avermedia A301 Mini Pci-e TV DVB-T PAL SECAM NTSC Card
    ebay Item number: 150241323455

anyone here know if i can put this tv card into the empty hsdpa slot of the xps m1330? or can i put it in place of the wireless card? is there a wifi aerial built into the screen that i can use as the tv aerial? i think the long black wire in the 2nd picture is the aerial extension, and i think the connector at the end of this can be used to connect to a normal coaxial house tv aerial with an adaptor that comes with the AVerTV Hybrid Express Slim HC81. and this extension can maybe squeeze thru the gap between the battery and the laptop if i need rooftop aerial
