i sent a raptor drive back to western digital on the 1st and its now the 16th jan and it says they are waiting on product yet ive recieved an email saying that they have recieved it??

i keep posting a question which is the only way to contact them yet no one bothers to reply

anyone got any ideas? i want my drive

There's a phone number for their European support guy somewhere online, think he's called Marcus.... if I find it I'll post here, otherwise just have a hunt yourself.

doesnt that mean they are waiting for replacement product? (to come into stock)

nah it says when u highlight it that they are waiting for your defective product.... just annoying really
