nf7s + 2500 barton?

Got a 2500xp retail and running on an NF7S (bought at a bargain from www.aria.co.uk ,NF7S came from their bargain bin, with the CPU for less than £100 ) now I’m running the CPU at 3200xp with no real heating issues what so ever, I only have pc2100 ram and a GE-force 4 ti4400… My question is since it can handle this speed with relative ease, what’s the highest I can push this baby to (Also I’m still running on the stock fan with some artic silver 5)

The GF will be fine, the ram however will be running slower, to get the most out of the system get some PC3200 RAM....

What brand do you reccommend? and would i be better off with 256mb of 3200 than 512 of 2100?
