Although official support for that board is up to 1066 MHz FSB, a review on Anandtech suggests that it could go up to a 1600 MHz FSB, so it *should* be able to support the new 45 nm processors.
Unfortunatley I can't post links to the review!
The Asus site for the P5N32E - SLi (not plus though) says it does offer support for 45nm chips
