Hello all,
I blew a motherboard doing a bios swop about 2 months ago but ive had alot on exams and such which have just finished and I feel that its about time I RMA the board. Now ive never RMA before apart from sending things back to ebuyer and they sorted it out. I got this board as part of a pre built system but it blew through no fault of my own, i upgraded the bios and then prefered the older bios so tried to downgrade and then the board froze. It was well within the 12 month warranty and I think i have to contact asus directly but i have never done it before so I wanted a bit of advice.
How does one go about getting an RMA number, do you just get a replacement board? Do you have to pay postage? Is there any way to get cash? Will asus do this or do I have to go back to the person who built the pc?
Thanks for everyones time
