    Laptop Processors

I'm looking at a Dell Vostro laptop and am undecided between the following processors:

    AMD® TurionTM 64 X2 Mobile Technology TL60
    Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo Processor T5270 (1.40 GHz, 800 MHz FSB, 2 MB L2 cache)

    Which would be better?
What are the pro's / con's of each?

    Re: Laptop Processors

I think the AMD is 2.0GHz. Both run fairly cool from memory but the intel certainly will.

You would probably find it hard to split them on performance with day to day tasks but I imagine the AMD is the faster of the two chips.
