    Price Check on 939 System

I'm thinking of ditching my s939 system soon and moving to one of the new 45nm quads. The kit I'll be selling is:

    AMDx2 4200 OEM - Clocks to 3Ghz with a vcore bump
    2x1Gb G.Skill PC4000 (250mhz @ 3-4-4-8)
1Gb Corsair Value Select PC3200 with copper heatspreader attached
MSI Neo4 SLi Platinum - Massive overclocker, very high HTT

The G.Skill and the motherboard are both boxed with all the bits and pieces.

    Prices? Thoughts?

I would be keeping all the HDDs, CM Stacker, 8800GT, optical drives, PSU, monitor etc

I would say the chip should get you £30 - £40

The 2GB kit is probably worth a pretty penny. Seems it sells for £150+ new. No sure what you would get away selling it at second hand but I imagine if someone wants it they will bite your hand off ~£100.

£20 for the Value DDR maybe.

    Not sure on the board.

Thanks mike. I was hoping to get more like £50ish for the CPU. The board is a difficult one though, it goes for some silly price on eBay.

Im hoping the stuff I listed might fetch near £200 (might need eBay for that though), which would mean an £80 cost to upgrade to a quad with 4Gb of RAM (already got Vista 64bit). Not bad at all

occasionally 939 stock of the 3800 turns up in the etailers for £30 - £40 so I suppose at a push you might get £50
