New Build Please Comment - My Brain HURTS!

Hi I've done this before and this looks completely different to my original plan but here it's, I was shopping around but i've decided after postage etc that i'd dump it all in Ebuyers lap. My proposed system is as follows:

    SCREEN
    Extra Value 21.6" TFT Monitor Widescreen 1680x1050 1000:1 300cd/m2 5ms VGA
    £125.92

    FAN
    Arctic Cooling AC-FRZ-7P
    £15.28

    PSU
    Arctic Power 500W PSU
    £24.99

    MEMORY
    OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15
    £35.00

    HDD
    Samsung SpinPoint HD501LJ 500GB SATAII
    £59.50

    GRAPHICS CARD
    Sapphire HD 3850 Pro 256MB
    £104.99

    CPU
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz
    £107.27

    CASE
    Casecom KB-7760
    £10.99

    MB
    Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L
    £52.52

I have tried to save where I can without comprimising too much. There are a few areas like the monitor for example has no DVI, although i'm not sure how important that is! My main other concern is the MB, I've got another £15 to spend freely, or I might be tempted to invest a couple of quid more if someone can put forward a strong argument or I could down grade to an E2160 (any thoughts) I don't really want to bottle neck the system in one area - I want to play games like COD:4 not in full glory but at a decent level and I want to upgrade with more money and time in the future - so if anyone can see a flaw, or a better compolent at a better price then be my guest to abuse me!

Any important at all is much appreciated,

    T
