I like the idea of doing it in the comfort of your own home, must move the forge into my bedroom.
not as neat as i like it, but still, well done!

im sorry to say this, but that case got butchered lol
lol i agree. but its function is pretty good.
Using a hole saw wud of given a much neater result and using some u channel edging.
i cant believe that you started chopping up your case for that lol i would never start hacking away my case, would feel stupid if it went wrong lol
but i guess you did an ok job and no one can see it.
Depending on the hole size and shape required, a pair of Monodex Nibbler Shears might help. Cost about £18, and need a smallish hole to start, but will not distort the metal.
If money is no object (!) you might consider a Fein Multimaster vibrating cutter. Brilliant piece of kit but cost about £200
what is a nibbler shears? but is cable management really that important?
^ it helps alot with air flow and looks nice
ps noticed this case is for sale: http://forums.hexus.net/classifieds-...fications.html
it helps with air flow? but by how much? and is it justifiable to chop up the case? P
lol, its justifiable to chop up a case neatly() if you want to improve your cable tidy, with airflow it depends on the case and how you do it, but one thing for sure - if you have a case with cable jungle and some fans, then those cables will pretty much hinder the airflow and block the air, tidying your cable and getting them out of the way will allow your pc to breath properly, the fans in the front will be able to flow smoothly over the components and out the exhaust as oppose to being blocked by the cables and heat getting trapped everywhere
no way lol, should have got an antec p182, i think they have the same fan arrangement with the roof fan being slightly bigger?
