Will this fit?

Hi all,

I am looking into purchasing a Scythe Kama-Bay System Cooler:

Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

However, im not sure whether this will fit into my case. I have a thermaltake soprano case:

The case has the "Tool-Free" system and from a brief look i cannot see any screw holes.

Can anyone confirm whether it will fit into my case.
