I'll have a look at that tonight Addendum, as for the voltage, i'm REALLY unsure and nervous about upping the volts as I don't even know the default!

I've had the "USB Final" message on the Blitz Formula a few times...
1. 8800GTX would not fit correctly for whatever reason. Unscrewing it and wiggling in around fixed it temporarily, swapping the double-height backplane for a single-height one fixed it for good.
2. Putting my raid controller and 8800 in the opposite slots also caused it, had to swap them back.
3. I've had it when some gunk appeared along the contacts of a stick of RAM, had to clean it carefully. Also happened when RAM hasn't been properly seated sometimes.
I dread seeing the message TBH

I think you can use Everest to determine stock volts.
