Abit An9-32x Or Asus M2n32-sli Delux Wireless ?

I am planning to buy a new pc but am confused which about the mobo to buy.
Which do you think I should go for:

    1) Abit an932x
    or
    2) Asus m2n32-sli delux wireless.

Both seem equally good but need to know the pro's and con's of each. especially in performance and overclocking.

Why go AMD in the first place at this point?

Yepp, you're wrong - sorry mate. Intel Core 2 Duo perform faster and more energy efficient at the same clock speed.

If you're looking for a budget CPU, go for the E2000 or E4000 Series - they apparently overclock very well.
