    £300 to spend

My little brother wants advice on upgrading his system.
He has £300 to spend, and wants a new
    775skt motherboard,
    2 GB 800mhz memory
    PCIe graphics card
and a power supply for running it all

I off the top of my head, suggested
    the dark raider mobo,
    2GB Geil Black Dragon Ram
    8800 GTS
... and not too sure about the power supply.

    Anyone got any suggestions?

    Thanks

    Re: £300 to spend

That sounds fine. Find the cheapest PC6400 you can. OCZ always seems quite cheap.

The corsair 450w VX would be plenty to run that system on. It's a great price at around £40 and is next to silent

    What about the CPU though?
