Which Chipset?

I have and AM2 (6400 3.2 CPU) setup but want to get a new mobo. Which chipset is the best, AMD or Nvidia? I quite like this board:

I have normally stuck with Nvidia but am unsure what to do. Budget is around £60 of which the above board falls into. I don't use SLi so no worries about that.

Is the AMD Chipset ok / Better or not? Thanks

I recently got abit's AX78 based on the 770 chipset & I like it so far (it's got nice touched like the external clear CMOS switch, onboard POST LED & unofficial Crossfire support).
£52 at SCAN (who appear to have sold out of them atm).

Supposedly the USB transfer rates aren't quite as good as the nVidia & it's only got 4 SATA ports but that doesn't bother me.
